  1. SIRLOIN WITH COURGETTES AND FLOWERS

    Ingredients (4 people):

    500 gr.beef sirloin

    4 courgettes

    10 courgettes’ flowers

    1 spring onion

    marine salt

    rosmary

    thyme

    sage

    black pepper

    extra vergin olive oil

    balsamic vinegar

    Dry in the oven the herbs, and when died mash them and mix well with the marine salt. Cut the sirloin in slices 2 cm high. and sprinkle with seasoned salt. In a pan with extra virgin olive oil, fry courgettes cut into sticks and the sliced onion.Add the flowers, put a drop of balsamic vinegar, turn off the heat and cover the pot. In a non-stick pan cook the sirloin 4 minutes per side. Now put the cooked sirloin over the courgettes and cook for 4 more minutes.


  2. COURGETTES FLOWERS STUFFED WITH GOAT CHEESE

    My garden and gives to me lots of courgettes’ flowers!

    Ingredients (4 people):
    12 courgettes flowers
    60 gr. fresh goat cheese
    Chive
    Chilli
    1 egg
    Corn flour
    Mix the goat cheese with a sprig of chives and a pinch of red pepper. Wash the courgettes flowers and stuff them with goat cheese. Beat an egg and plunge flowers stuffed and then pass them into the  corn flour. Bake them in oven grill for a few minutes. Serve them warm with a spoonful of pesto (you can find  the recipe is in the “sauce” category) and small balls of goat cheese flavored with chives and pepper.


  3. Rice pie with zucchini and zucchini flowers

    this pie is impressive, but is also good and easy to make
    Ingredients (4 people):
    300 grams of rice carnaroli
    3 zucchini
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
    Basil
    Half a glass of white wine
    8 zucchini flowers
    150 gr. Of soft cheese or cream cheese
    1 liter vegetable broth
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Sauté  chopped onion and garlic with extra virgin oilve oil. Cut the zucchini into very small pieces and add it to onion and garlic. Cook, for 10 minutes adding the white wine, salt and basil. When the zucchini are cooked and soft, put the rice and steer with the vegetable broth then add the soft cheese. Line a baking mold with the flowers open and deprived of the pistil, put the rice and cook in the oven for 5-10 minutes before serving
