La Romita once again gives us a beautiful Sunday ( in despite to the weather!). I am a woman greedy and curious and the picture of taday at La Romita, is represented with this wonderful flower of thistle, which the forest surrounding this magical place is full of. Greedy- because thistles are fantistic in the kitchen (next spring we will cook them together), and curious because I think many of you do not know them….
With Clara, Valeria, Maria Letizia e Stella today we cooked : Fusilli with pesto of zucchini and arugula, green beans pie, zucchini au gratin summer scent, Ricotta cheescake.
