Ingredients for 4 people
4 eggs
400 gr. flour
And a lot of patience!
Compose the flour like a fountain and put the eggs in the center. Mix eggs with flour, and work the mixture until the dough is smooth and without lumps. Let rest for 30 minutes, then cut in half and roll out the mixture until the dough is as thin as possible. Fold it on itself 4-6 times (putting the corn flour to prevent sticking) and cut with a sharp knife to make the noodles.
