  1. FENNELS IN CURRY SAUCE

    finocchi brasati al curry

    Ingredients for 4 people:
    3 medium size fennels
    Extra virgin olive oil
    vegetable broth
    salt
    chili
    Curry powder
    Cut the fennel into thin strips. Put  in a pan 2 spoons of olive oil and cook  fennels for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add a cup of vegetable broth and cook for 10 minutes.Then add two teaspoons of curry powder, salt and pepper and two tablespoons of broth. Let the liquid dry out and turn up the flame for a few minutes … .. ready!
