SPAGHETTI WITH FRESH TOMATOES AND MOZZARELLA

Ingredients: (4 people)

400 gr. spaghetti

4 ripe tomatoes

10 basil leaves

1 glove of garlic

cappers

 extra vergin olive oil

buffalo mozzarella

salt

chilli

In a pan with 4 spoons of oil and the glove of garlic, cook the tomatoes (cut into small cubes) for 5-6 minutes. Add the cappers and the basil in leaves, the salt and the chilli, and cover. When the pasta is cooked, finish the cooking in the sauce for 1- 2 minutes. Before serving  spread the pasta with mozzarella cut in small cubes.
