
Ingredients for 4 people:
800 grams of green beans
150 gr. Caciottina cheese (soft flat cheese from central Italy]
2 eggs
100 gr. bechamel
1 ripe tomato
2 glasses of white wine
salt
chilli
4 basil leaves
fresh thyme
salt
chilli
Wash and cut the green beans, boil them in salted water (1.5 liters) of which you have added two glasses of wine. Boil for 20 minutes, drain well and knead it in the masher adding the tomatoes, cut into small pieces (do not recommend the use of the blender because it fills them with air!). Once created the mashed beans, add eggs, salt, pepper, basil leaves, chopped thyme, and chopped Caciottina. Work the mixture well. Put the paper on a baking tray and pour the mixture. Cook for 40 minutes in the oven to 180 degrees. Serve it warm.
